Valentine's day surprise all the way from Florida

OK so I have to brag. My husband has been in Florida for the past two weeks. Yet on Valentine's day he managed to send me flowers and have me taken out to eat and to the movies. Amazing huh. The flowers were so cute to.

Then to top it off....his boss sent me a present too. ON Thursday he had some random guy come and plow out our driveway which let me tell you had about two and half feet of snow in it and there was no way I was going to scoop it. Ok I tried and I will admit it got the best of me. So I thank Syd from the bottom of my heart.

Well adrian is home safe and sound and not enjoying the temperatures....he was basking in 65 to 70 degree weather and I think he would like the temperatures back. However I know he is happy to be home for a while. Hope you all had a great V-day..

I think it is about time I post again

I have been really busy lately. I was offered a new job the first part of this year about a week after we got back from minnesota and started about three weeks ago.

I truely miss my peeps at GMS, but I am loving my new job. It couldn't be better. It is challenging, busy and just my bag of tea.

Adrian was around for most of January, I guess you can say around...we still don't see much of each other which is hard. He however is gone for the next two weeks to Miami, FL. I was going to go visit him in Miami, however with the new job, plans have changed. It will be Macy and I for two weeks, at home and in the snow.

She is loving the snow. She will bound around outside for hours. Thank goodness she entertains herself, because there is no way I am going out for hours in the 6 degree weather. NO WAY!!! My minnesota blood has definitely adjusted to Indiana. That is probably the update for now. I pray everyone has been safe in the snow. We can look forward to the myth that Punxsutawny, the Pennsylvania ground hog did not see his shadow, so we are to expect an early spring. IF you believe that a groundhog knows these things.

Have a great day and beginning of February! Stay warm!!!
